What really happened is not a question – but what we can do from now on could be something worth Thinking…..I will give 5 points for now;
1. Who could be the next company to operate this property and move forward?
2. Who could be bold enough to diversify this unique product and manage differently?
3. Who could potentially create enough demand to operate this property and reach a profit line?
4. Who could be the future employees of this property?
5. Do we have broader plans to expand the benefits to the deserved public when it starts flourishing?

Maldives Tourism Development Corporation’s (MTDC) 2009 profits dropped by 29 percent to Rf86 million – Rf45.6 per share – from 2008’s Rf121.9 million.
The managing director’s report cites Herathera management issues as the major reason for the decline in 2009.

I heard Herathera bid was won by Amari Hotels of Thailand? can you confirm this? why are they not accounced this yet, MTDC want to make profit for the shareholder they have to manager resorts properly.
